I've been on this journey for 2 years while working in a senior technology role managing a team of hundreds. And no, I don't spend $2M/yr on longevity ๐
The key is consistency.
My Routine is a lot to keep track of. It changes and morphs based on testing results and new potential Habits I learn about. I built this app because nothing else worked the way I needed it to. Spreadsheets got messy. Other apps were too generic. I needed something designed for longevity protocols.
Which Habit when, reminders, last 4 weeks history, change history. Which products to buy, how much am I spending on supplements. When is my next test due and which vendors should I consider with my doctor.
New research and optimization ideas for each Habit and my Routine as a whole to tweak it.
Some of the best tips came from friends and co-workers. I wanted to see other's Routines and how they evolve easily.
The app is currently iOS only and you get it via TestFlight. I'll add Android if there is enough interest as it's built with React Native.
The science is there. Awareness is growing but we are all busy. It needs to be much simpler to implement. As I see it there are three parts to being successful.
The app helps with all of these steps.
RC::Habits is currently in private beta. I'm looking for 100 serious practitioners to help shape the product. If you're already tracking habits, testing biomarkers, and optimizing your health โ you're who the app was built for.
The App will be free for life for the early access users.
